DivvyUp Content Release

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I irrevocably grant to DivvyUp LLC and DivvyUp LLC’s assigns, licensees and successors the right to use my image, name, photos, drawings, photos of drawings, and photos used to create the socks in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity.

I acknowledge that since my participation with DivvyUp LLC is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.

I hereby irrevocably authorize DivvyUp LLC to edit alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute all photos uploaded to this form, the original photos used to create the socks corresponding to the photos uploaded to this form, and all photos previously submitted when purchasing on DivvyUp's website for purposes of publicizing DivvyUp LLC’s products or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product(s), including, but not limited to, written or electronic copy or images, wherein my likeness may appear. Additionally, I waive any and all rights to royalties or other compensation arising out of, or related to, the use of the foregoing.

I confirm that I own full rights to all photos previously submitted to DivvyUp. I confirm that by signing this release, DivvyUp can use all photos previously submitted to DivvyUp in every way described in this release.

I release DivvyUp LLC and DivvyUp LLC’s owners, agents, contractors, assigns, licensees, and successors from any and all claims that may arise regarding the use of my image(s), including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. DivvyUp LLC is permitted, although not obligated, to include my name as a credit in connection with any and all finished materials, products or advertisements of any kind.

DivvyUp LLC is not obligated to utilize any of the rights granted in this Agreement, it being expressly understood and agreed that the same may or may not be utilized in its sole discretion. I have read and understood this agreement and I am over the age of 18. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties with respect to all matters addressed herein and the relationship of the parties hereto.
